Welcome to Julia Thomson's website. I am a paediatric consultant in a district general hospital on the outskirts of London, UK.  This website serves as a filing system for various bits of work I may need to access again but if you, who have chanced upon it, can make good use of anything here then please help yourself.  Be careful though - not all the guidelines are peer reviewed and teaching resources will go out of date.
